Prompt Engineering Notes

One important lesson learned during experimentation is that image quality usually depends more on the first prompt than on dozens of later corrections.

Recommendations:

  • Build the strongest possible initial prompt.

  • Group related edits together.

  • Avoid making too many unrelated changes in one prompt.

  • If image quality starts degrading after many iterations, begin a new conversation using the latest successful image as a reference.

  • Use reference images whenever possible.

  • Keep prompts structured and specific.

Suggested Workflow

  1. Brainstorm ideas with ChatGPT.

  2. Generate prompt variations.

  3. Produce concept art using GPT Image, Leonardo AI or Midjourney.

  4. Select the strongest concept.

  5. Generate multiple views.

  6. Create animations with Runway or Pika.

  7. If needed, reconstruct a 3D model using Polycam, RealityScan or Luma AI.

  8. Refine in Blender.

  9. Edit video in DaVinci Resolve.

  10. Deliver assets through Figma, Affinity or Canva depending on the project.
